Oven at 420. Cast iron skillet preheats with the oven.

Ingredients

Potatoes
Onions
Garlic
Other veggies
Bacon
Steak
Butter
Oil
Eggs

Directions

Cube potatoes. (Store in water for no browning.)
Oven roast for 20-35 minutes, until soft.
Cut onions, garlic, other veggies, frozen bacon.
Oil cast iron pan and add steak. Give each side a 3 minute hot sear.
Fry bacon. Remove from pan.
Fry potatoes. Remove from pan. (Everything that’s been removed can be put into one big pile. Maybe the cookie sheet you used to bake the potatoes?)
Turn down heat and sautee onions and garlic.
Add everything back. Mix it all around. Sautee until it’s done.
Remove from pan (onto that same cookie sheet?) Fry eggs.
1 egg on top of 1 bowl of scramble works. Or scramble the eggs into the mixture. Works well for burritos.
