In today’s culture of expediency, efficiency, and technology, it’s easy to fall into a pattern of internet-ing all day. With the internet, you can always find something you want easier than making it yourself. But, is that the most fulfilling way to live?
On this site, I’ll delve into some of the ways I’m trying to fill my sack. Some skills are easier to learn than others, of course. But the most satisfying ones are the ones that take longer than you want to spend building them.
Last year for Christmas I made rings for people. I have a ton left over, so I built a store on Etsy to sell them!
Pork butt shoulder and/or picnic pork shoulder
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
3/4 cup water
Put apple cider vinegar and water in crockpot. Combine all the spices. Rub on pork. Put pork in crockpot. Leave crockpot on low for at least 8 hours. (Once I left a huge one in for 14 hours, and it was delicious).
Just put pork and liquids and pick-and-choose spices in crockpot. Don’t get your hands dirty, and don’t measure. It still comes out delicious.
Add Sweet Baby Ray’s and a bun for sandwiches
Throw on pizza
Use for tacos or nachos

I did this one while watching a Bob Ross video.
